What we collect

Account data. Your email address, display name, and credentials — a passkey, a password hash, or a link to your Google account if you sign in with Google. We never see or store passkey private keys or your Google password.

Workspace content. The pages, databases, records, files, and comments you and your teammates create. It is yours; we store and process it only to run the product for you.

Operational records. Change history and activity entries inside your workspace (so undo, history, and activity feeds work), and short-lived server logs for debugging and abuse prevention.

Contact form. If you write to us, the name, email, and message you submit are delivered to our inbox.

What we don’t do

No advertising, no selling or sharing of your data for marketing, and no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in and to carry an invite you follow — nothing else.

Third parties

Your workspace data lives on infrastructure we operate. A small number of providers touch specific data when a feature calls for it: Google (only if you choose Google sign-in, or connect the Google Calendar integration), Slack and Frame.io (only if you connect those integrations — connections are per-user and revocable in Settings), and our email delivery pipeline (invite and contact-form messages). Each receives only what its function needs.

Retention and deletion

Content you trash is recoverable for 30 days, then purged. Deleting your account or workspace removes its data from the live system; routine backups age out on a rolling schedule. To request deletion or a copy of your data, write to us.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to workspace data is enforced per workspace and per user at the database layer. Secrets and integration tokens are stored encrypted.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction.
